Pace yourself–breathe deep

It’s a long arduous race

and it’s only just begun

Rising moons and sunken suns

will not daunt the lofty souls

of the nimble nor the young

quick quick slow

find your caesura

orchestrate with care

spring forth when you feel ready

then, and only then

spread your wings

and dare…
